The revolutionary Q-Box system completes its range with anodized aluminum Niches which are made thanks to the practical interlocking system.
The practicality of the material makes it possible to produce cells of any size in accordance with regulation 24/6/93 n. 24.

Frame
made of anodized aluminum UNI9006/1 section 25 × 25, complete with fins, assembled with aluminum interlocking joints
die-cast coated with plastic material.
Internal dividers
internally the cells are divided by sheets of hydrated calcium silicate, reinforced with cellulose fibers and inorganic additives free from asbestos and other inorganic fibers, for outdoor use, resistant to atmospheric agents, approved by the Ministry,class 0 (reaction t o fire).
External finish
in white polished Carrara marble, 2 cm thick. The front headstones are fixed to the structure with round bronze studs, diameter 3 cm. The side curtains, the veil and the base, height 13 cm, are fixed to the structure with studs and silicone.
Coverage
necessary if the Niches are outdoors, it is made glossy Serizzo sheets, 3 cm thick.

Internal dividers:
Internally the cells are divided by fiber cement sheets, free from asbestos and other inorganic fibers, for outdoor use, resistant to atmospheric agents, approved by the Ministry, class 0 (reaction to fire).
The vertical dividers, of standard dimensions ,are 6 mm thick and are sealed with silicone.
The horizontal dividers, standard size, have a thickness of 6 mm and, in order to allow the passage of the votive lighting cables, have a selected 45 ° angle and are not sealed with silicone.
The standard counterseal front is 6 mm thick, in order to allow the passage of votive lighting cables, with an angle cut to 45 ° and is not sealed with silicone.
External finish:
the whole structure is completely covered in white glossy Carrara marble, 2 cm thick.
The front gravestones in white glossy Carrara Marble, thickness cm 2, are fixed to the structure with bronze studs of circular shape and diameter equal to 3 cm.
The vertical clamps in white, glossy Carrara Marble, 2 cm thick, are fixed to the structure with round bronze studs with a diameter of 3 cm and sealed with silicone.
The upper veil in glossy white Carrara Marble, thickness cm.2, is fixed to the structure with silicone.
The plinth in white glossy Carrara marble, thickness 2 cm, height 13 cm, is fixed to the structure with bronze studs of circular shape and a diameter of 3 cm and sealed with silicone.
Cover:
necessary only if the Niches are outdoors, replaces the upper horizontal infill which only has an aesthetic function.
The veil in glossy white Carrara Marble, thickness 2cm, height 10cm, is fixed to the structure with bronze studs of circular shape and diameter equal to 3 cm and sealed with silicone.
The upper cover is made of sheets of polished Serizzo, 3 cm thick, sealed with silicone.
Assembly:
made upon request by our specialized personnel, we can make a hundred cells in just a couple of days without any discomfort inside the Niches, as no mortar, cement or welds are used and therefore no dirt, dust or dangerous conditions are created for non-professionals .
