The Q-Box is an innovative system designed and patented by Giuseppe Bosisio Srl to create prefabricated niches in the cemetery in a very short time. Instead of using concrete, the niches are assembled quickly and easily using a new material with surprising characteristics: fiberglass.
The Q-Box prefabricated side opening niches takes shape by assembling 3 fiberglass structural elements, allowing you to create modular honeycomb structures. The Q-Box optimizes the space in the cemetery and considerably reduces the weight of the structure on the ground.

It allows 2 people to install 100 Niches in 2 days, without any discomfort in the cemetery, as they do not use mortar, cement or welds and therefore do not produce dirt, dust or dangerous conditions for visitors to the cemetery.

SPECIFICATIONS
Dimensions: 72.5 x 32.5h x 36.5 cm (in the middle) weight 10 kg internal free space compliant with Circular 24/6/93 n. 24
Horizontal panel: the horizontal panel in fiberglass, used to make the support surface of the box, has dimensions 72 x 36 x 2 cm, weight 3 kg. The panel has a U-section at the ends to allow interlocking with the vertical panel.
Vertical panel: the fiberglass vertical panel has dimensions 33 x 36 x 2 cm, weight 2 kg. The “teeth” on the ends of the profile allow a self-locking system with “clips” to put the structure in a position to have an aligned and self-positioning correct. The central hole is equipped with a threaded bush to allow the positioning of the support studs of the marble slabs.
Lid and back: the fiberglass lid, used for the rear closure and as a front counterseal, has dimensions 70.5 x 32 x 3 cm, weight 1 kg.
External finish: the whole structure is completely covered with White Carrara Marble, 2 cm thick or other marble/granite chosen by the Works Management.
The front gravestones in white Carrara marble, 2 cm thick, are supported by the horizontal fiberglass panel and blocked by circular bronze studs with a diameter of 3 cm.
The plinth in White Carrara marble, 2 cm thick, 10 cm high, is fixed to the structure with circular bronze studs with a diameter of 3 cm and sealed with silicone.
The vertical lateral infill panels in Bardiglio, 2 cm thick, are fixed to the structure with circular bronze studs with a diameter of 3 cm and sealed with silicone.
Coverage: The veil in White Carrara marble, 2 cm thick, 10 cm high, is fixed to the structure with circular bronze studs with a diameter of 3 cm and sealed with silicone.
The upper covering is made of 3 cm thick glossy Serizzo slabs, sealed with silicone or with double sheet metal panels with a smooth or faux tile finish (as chosen by the Works Management)
Assembly: carried out by our specialized personnel, if requested, allows for the creation of a hundred cells in a couple of days without any discomfort inside the cemetery, as mortars, cement or welding are not used and therefore no dirt, dust or dangerous conditions are produced for non- insiders.
